Return & Refund
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased online and delivered in Malaysia, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless you receive defective or wrong item(s).
- Return can only be done one time within 7 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact).
- We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Suuro Studio will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.
- Returns are free if the item you received is wrong or defective.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- If you are returning an item from an order that came with a free gift and the value of the order falls below the qualifying amount after the return, the redeemed free gift must be returned as well. If the free gift is not returned, you will incur charges based on the market value of the free gift.
- All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. Please allow ±2cm measurement tolerance.
- Actual product color may vary slightly from the images shown. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor or mobile has a different capability to display colours.
- For printed items, please note that placement of prints may differ for every piece due to the cut of the fabric unless stated.
- For light coloured items, there may be slight small black thread dots which are not obvious and it will not affect the overall appearance, this will not be considered as a defect.
- In the interest of hygiene, we cannot offer return or refund for jewellery, swimwear, socks, and any type of inner wear.
- Non Defect List:
- Garment - uneven stitching, minor loose thread, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, minor stains that could be washed off, care label quality issue, minor colours variance.
- Shoes - excess glue, puckering and wrinkles less than 1cm.
* Reasons above will not be considered as defects and no returns or refunds will be carried out. *
- All promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
- Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 48 hours.
- The refunded amount is credited back using your original payment method.
- Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 14 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.
RETURN GUIDELINE
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt along with your order number, photo of the item(s) received and the courier slip with tracking number clearly captured. Your return case will be reviewed within 48 hours. Approval will be issued through email.
2. Pack the item(s) into the original shipping packaging and send it to the stated address within 5 days of approval. Please hold on to your shipment tracking slip until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed.
3. Receive refund after the return has been approved. It takes up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider.

- Suuro Studio reserves the right to limit or refuse a claim which does not meet our standard return policy, the right to vary or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In any case of dispute, Suuro Studio reserves the right of final decision.
